Cancellation of Order – Return Policy – Change of Product

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within two (2) hours after you have placed it. After this period has passed, no cancellation shall be accepted. When you want to cancel an order, you should inform us in writing through an email sent to info@neamera.com . In case the status of order is “Dispatched,” the cancellation is impossible but, under certain conditions, the order can be returned.

Return of Products Due to Wrong Delivery

In any case you received products that were different from those that were sold, either in type or in quantity, you can return them so that the products are examined and the error is detected. In this case, the return costs and the second-delivery costs will be covered by the Company as long as the return is carried out according to the following procedure.

Return of Products Considered Defective On Arrival

The primary aim of www.neamera.com is to deliver the products you have ordered in the correct quality, quantity and time so that you can always be fully content with your cooperation with us.

As a result, if anything of the above has not been followed, immediately  email at info@neamera.com and inform us. Then, in accordance with the following rules and mainly your satisfaction, we will take all necessary actions in order to solve any problems that may have arisen with your order.

In case you realize that there is some manufacturing defect in the product you have received, you can return it. The return of products considered defective (Defective on Arrival-DOA) shall be accepted within seven (7) calendar days after they have been delivered to the customer. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and should be accompanied by all the original documents that were in the package (e.g. Dispatch Note, Retail Receipt, etc.), while its package should be complete. If the defect was detected after the delivery and there is no package or if the package of the product was not delivered by the deliverer, the package of the product is not required. In these cases the following are in effect:

– Τhe product is received and inspected so that the report of the customer with regard to the defect can be confirmed.

– On condition that the Company has previously received and checked them, the defective product will be replaced with an identical new item, or, in case of non-availability, the defective product will be replaced with a brand new item of similar quality and price, or it will be replaced with another product or products until the total price equals the cost you have already paid, or exceeds it if you want it so. Otherwise, in case you do not want the product to be replaced, you will have the money of the original purchase refunded in the same way as you had made the original payment.

– More specifically, in case you paid through credit card, we will inform the respective Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then take any action specified in the contract between you and the bank without any further responsibility of the Company. Following this, the Company will not be responsible for the time and the way your money will be refunded, which is determined by the above mentioned contract.

– Τhe cost of the delivery and return of the products to the Company as well as the cost of the delivery of the replaced product will be covered by the Company.

– In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, Nea Mera has every right to ask for a compensation by the customer, which will be specified by the condition of the products, and can unilaterally, totally or partially, offset this claim against the customer.

Change of Product

In case you want to change the product you have purchased, you should enter the product code/s and the size in the contact email and a collaborator of the Company will soon contact you. Alternatively, you can also  email at info@neamera.com

Return of non-Defective Products – The Customer’s Right to Unjustifiable Withdrawal

In case you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, the following requirements should be met:

– The product should be in its original package and in the same perfect condition in which it was delivered to you, which means that the package should not have been torn and all paper and cloth labels should be in place.

– The product should not have been processed in any way: washing, alteration, stains, wear, etc.

– No delivery expenses are returned

– The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received buy us in the initial payment. More specifically, in case of credit card payment: if until the withdrawal and return of the item/s the Bank has paid the Company, the Company has to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will then take any action specified in the contract signed with the customer. Following this information supply, the Company will not be responsible for the timeframe and the way your money will be refunded to you, as this is determined by the above mentioned contract.
